Own a set of aftermarket wheels or are you running different tires? Post pictures by using the format below.

I did a search and didnt find anything that compiles all of our cars with the various wheel setups available, so i created this one.

To keep things clean and informative please post in this format:

  • Brand Wheel with specs
  • Brand Tire with specs
  • If the wheels are custom in any way please specify what made them custom
  • Image from front
  • Image from side
  • Image from rear
  • Image from 3/4 front
  • Image from 3/4 front with wheels fully clocked the direction the car is turned
  • Image from 3/4 rear
  • Optional: Image from front without bumper and splash guards off

Tips for good images:
  1. Take shots at a low angle and from 30-50ft away.
  2. Take pictures in good lighting(i.e. sun to your back, sun over head, in a very well lit garage with enough light to see dark wheels.
  3. use a DSLR with a telephoto if possible, if not try finding a point and shoot.
  4. If you are using an smartphone try to only shoot during the day time.
  5. Most of all, this is for informational purposes only, so dont get crazy and photoshop.

Finally took some pics! New wheels are Revolve APVD No. 0119. 18x8.5 +38 with 235/40/18 Michelin P4S on stock suspension. No rubbing issues! View attachment 379482
Awesome wheels. I posted my Method 501's around Christmas. These wheels remind me of mine. I strongly approve!!! I'm surprised they don't rub? Must be the tire size and brand. At first I thought I had no rub, and then I found these tiny cuts in my tread. I had to bend the front inner edge of my fender to stop the rubbing. If this happens, be careful the paint chips very easy when bending that edge.

I didn't mention it before, but the fitment in the front was super tight at certain turn angles. Straight-on and most turn angles were fine, but there were a few spots where it was almost touching the plastic in the front part of the wheel well. To resolve that, I had a guy use a heat gun and a roller to reshape the plastic. I would still call it close, but it is much better than it was and I'm not aware of any rubbing. I'll keep an eye out for wear signs just in case.

I recently installed Ford Performance "RS" wheels (actually made by Ronal). They are 19x8, 5x108, 50et. I put on Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires (235/40-19). I was concerned about wheel damage with sidewalls as low as 35 which is why I went with the taller 40, but on my next tire change I may try 35s. At the same time I added 10mm DZX spacers from ST Suspensions which use a bolt-through design with 10mm shank lug nuts, which means I get the same number of turns with the spacers as without.

Fairly subtle change, but I think it looks better with the 10mm spacers, making an effective wheel offset of 40.

If you are not familiar with bolt-through spacers, check out this video (which show larger 15mm spacers, but is basically the same thing except for a longer hub ring)...

I like the look of the taller side wall. It fills the fender nicely without having to lower it.

I am also impressed with the spacers. I've seen those before, but you are the first person I've seen post you results with them. The idea behind them is both simple and cheaper than replacing a whole set of wheels.

I had no idea the wheels were made by Ronal. Neat.

I recently discovered some rubbing which lead to the inside fender lip cutting the tires up a bit on the outer edge of the tread blocks. I solved it by pinching the lip upwards... but the paint chipped a little. I can touch that up later, but now I know why they say have your fenders rolled by a professional. In retrospect I should have gotten 235's. But I love the look and feel of the larger tires. This set up laughs at pot holes so far, compared to my stock setup.

Currently running Motec MCR2 Ultralights in 18x8, 40 Offset wrapped in Nitto NT555 G2's in 235/40. Lowered 1 inch all around with H&R springs.

But I'm thinking about getting Sparco Tarmac (18x8, 45 Offset) for next year and have them powdercoated in bronze as they only available in Gunmetal, which it a bit too stealthy imo.

Another option would be going for Borbet DB8GT in 18x8,5 with a 40 offset. But if I get those, I would go with 245/35 tires as well.

Alright guys I know someone else has Ambits on here so I thought it'd be a good place to ask, Ambits customer service is alil slow and would rather get them on quickly. So anyways, what style lugs nuts do I need for the RE83s, would the Muteki SR48s work? I am almost 100% that they need the skinny tuner style lugs, which are the SR48s like that? I know my XXR 530s on my Speed6 required the skinny style. So any help would be appreciared, just waiting for my 265/35/18 Fed 595SS to show up put on the wheels and slap them on the car. Lastly anyone know anything about the TPMS system on the Focus ST, I have a 2018. I have read some people buy new sets and the car recognizes them itself and then some people say they needed to either have the programmer or have them programed. Any info on that would be great too!!!
