Interesting, never seen a mid wing before. Also, is this for cosmetics or does it actually give more down force?

 

Considering the speeds it usually takes a wing to actually be useful. This would be cosmetic.

And I hate to clutter up the thread but damn that car looks good. Those wheels with the flares/lip/diffuser look so perfect. I honestly wasn't too huge on your flares initially,but I am seriously considering them now.

 

I wish these and/or the 1552 flares went all the way down in the front like most other cars.

 

A couple of months ago, someone named Chaos09 created threads on a couple of other forums with mid-wings for the ST. Are these the same thing, or something new Vivid/Agency Power designed?

 

These are not the same, chao09 stuff extends across the whole back. Vivid's one doesn't

no kidding! my fender flares(which are carbon fiber) are 1200 retail, i didnt pay that. the FRP flares are $700!!!!

 

Gahh so expensive!! I bet this ends up being like $500 or $600. If it is I'll be bummed.

Group Buy: 2012+ Focus Hatchback Mid Wings

Here's a similar style for, what I assume, is a lower cost. Not sure if the group buy pricing is still available.

 

I ordered this and got it for the group but price. The quality is pretty good, just some minor surface scratch filling before painting. Like most after market panels some trimming was required. It would work as sent, but for someone who is anal it needed some minor tweaks. Still waiting for the weather to get above single digits before it is installed though.
