Hey guys, I purchased my new '15 ST2 a few weeks ago and so far I've had nothing but problems with it. So far I've had the body control module software update recall done, front grill and license plate bracket replaced due to faulty clips, a faulty engine motor mount, front A pillar, steering column panel, alignment and front door panel tightened. It has 1k miles on it. My dealer is doing a great job but right now I'm very disappointed with Ford and their quality control. Is there anything that I should do based on these issues? Was thinking writing a nice long letter to Ford customer care to voice my opinion. NOW after bringing it back for the second time, the metal on metal clunking is still persistent, the one touch windows don't work all the time, I have to slam the trunk down in order for it to close properly, and the NEW replacement grill keeps popping out. Plus I'm hearing some engine chatter at idle which is disconcerting. I have a conference call with the service manager tomorrow and will update the progress here. Thanks!
