2013-2014 Focus ST Bulb Sizes/Types

Looked on the forum and I didnt see this list, so here it is. If it's already posted up on here I apologize in advance. But this list helps people who have a hate for halogen bulbs and like changing everything to LEDs or would like to change out the headlights. I will do my best to keep updated with interchangeable bulbs too.

Front Lights:

Low beam - H11 (ST1/2), D8S (ST3)
High beam - H1 (ST1/2), H7 (ST3)
Fog - H11 (ST1/2/3)
Parking - 168NA (ST1/2), LED DRLs (ST3)
Sidemarker - 168NA (ST1/2)
Turn signal - 7440 (ST1/2), PY21W/7507 (ST3)
Cornering lights - PSX24W (ST3 Only?)

Rear Lights (ST1/2/3):

Back up - 921/T10/194
Sidemarker - 3757A / 3157 / 3157-SCK
Turn signal - 3757A / 3157 / 3157-SCK
Tail lights - 3157 / 3157-SCK

Interior Lights:

Trunk/Cargo Area - 2825 (ALL)
Vanity Mirror Lights - 28mm Fuse type

Currently working on finding out what the interior lights are. I would assume those are T10/194/168/etc as that is pretty standard protocol.

Great post. Thanks for this
glad i could help!

Are the side marker lights the bulbs inside the exterior rear view mirrors?

Interior Bulbs in foot wells and dome lights are 194/168in my ST2.
I know the bulbs the shine on the ground are 194... cuz i swapped those out the other day. the yellow turn signals should be as well as that is only bulb size i know that would fit in there. its kinda hard to reach at behind the mirror though.

Thanks for this! Great job.

does anyone know if any of the bulbs need to be a certain color??? eg the tail lights turn signals ?

turn signals front and rear have to be amber on ST3. ST1 & ST2 can be clear in the front but have to be amber for the rear. the rest can be clear

194, T10 same thing.

Now if someone would just cross-reference this list with LED equivalents and list a single location where I could buy the entire lot at once, I would be ecstatic.
depends how much you want to pay.

Looking to find out the spectrum range on the HID's. I want to change the fogs to the same spectrum ie 4000k or 4100k as the HID's. I am continuing my search but thought i should just ask. I might get a response faster than my searching.

Cheers

I think the HIDs are 5000K from what i have heard from a few people.

Thanks for this yabbaz! About to start changing out bulbs myself. Quick question though, has there been confirmation that the front and rear turn signals have been installed and do not hyper-flash? Also, any pics or videos of said bulbs? I want the look of LEDs but am not willing to sacrifice safety if they aren't at least very close to stock brightness.

The ones I used on the front turn signals are 7507 68 SMD LEDs and they lit up just fine, and were more than bright enough. I've been using the same ones on my motorcycle for over a year with no issues. In order to avoid the signals hyperflashing, you have to use a CANBUS bulb (internal resistor used to prevent a fault "light out" code) but works against hyperflashing as well, although not the proper way. the resistor is not designed to be used as a load resistor to prevent hyperflashing. The proper way would be to use a 12v load resistor in addition to an LED bulb to prevent that problem from occuring.

haven't dealt with either directly, but those should work just fine! from what i have heard CARiD is pretty good.

I searched around and couldnt find a thread that had exactly how many bulbs were needed for each application..And my car is in storage for winter and wanted to order some LED replacements..Can someone tell me how many lights are needed for each replacement? It would be good to add to the initial post as well!! Dome lights, Footwell lights and cargo lights..THANKS A TON!

Which bulbs are you looking for specifically? Most of them are pairs, so its easy to figure out.
