Compression test all cylinders. Cylinder 1 is pulling alot of timing. I will look at it more when I can get an actual computer but those throttle closures... you definitely need to verify the mechanical condition of that engine. Before you do anything else.

i can do that but I just got it back from Ford. broke a connecting rod. car only has 55k. They replace the block and heads.. Had issue before and after then engine swap.

Full long block, injectors and all or did they swap everything over?

JM5Z-6006-A is just a bare long block
CJ5Z-6009-A is a short block

My guess is if you were having issues before they just swapped the problem over.

bare long block does that mean not the heads?

A block, and heads, are separate items. So yeah, they did the bare minimum to get you back up, and reused as many old/compromised parts as they could. Including your heads, cams, fuel injectors, sensors, valves, high pressure fuel pump, coil packs, the list goes on...

1Maybe I forgot, OK
I am going to do it Friday, but I am sure it is not the issue.
Well stock heat range .032" & One step colder should be .026".

If the engine is a new long block and mechanical sound checking the plugs is a hell of a lot cheaper than replacing the injectors.

Ok definitly not plugs. did them again.. try that when i put new MSD Coils. i think only think left is heads or injectors? I also did throttle body because i upgraded to the Mustang throttle body, but have since put stock back in. need to get compression tester next or I may drop off at ford cause if its heads or injectors i get them to do it, or maybe upgrade them.. lol hummm
