Someone please help.

I have a friend selling a set of 18x10 +25 wheels from his evo.
I found will adapters to go from our 5x108 to the more common 5x114.3, but they are 15mm thick.

I've read this forum and I'm having a difficult time comprehending all this wheel stuff. LOL

My question is, will these fit? If i could get an explanation rather than a simple yes/no that'd be awesome.

Thanks in advance!

The 15mm spacers basically bring that wheel to +10 offset. Using this handy little calculator:
Online Wheel and Tyre Fitment Calculator. Offset, Tyre Stretch and Speedo Error | Will They Fit

Your setup would stick out 2.77" further than stock. You're looking at heavy fender mods.

Some dynamic shots at Laguna Seca.

Particularly telling is the shot coming down the corkscrew with left side fully loaded. At full compression, there is very minimal but complete clearance between outer fender and tire. I think the +48 offset is necessary for complete clearance when running a 255 or higher tire. As some other members stated they are successfully running +38 offsets on track, I think this is dependent on the fact that they are also running 235 tires. Just my 2 cents.
