Probably uninstall stratified can enable the rear o2 with a tune but even they recommend to uninstall the ap

Yes.

I've been through this as well. It took a 20+ minute cruise at 40 to set it.

 

Uninstall the AP. Stage 0 is still a Cobb tune. It mimics the OEM calibration, but it's not the same.

What downpipe are you using?

 

I have the depo catted. I have the defouler installed, so no code's/CEL now. Will uninstall after work and see if I can get them to ready

 

So I uninstalled, did the drive cycle. Everything is ready except 02/heated 02 sensor. I went out again and drove for 30 minutes at 40/miles an hour and it still wont come on. Any ideas?

 

Which defouler? Mine came with deferent inserts. If yours did too, maybe you need to put a smaller insert in.

 

I'm using the vibrant o2 J style defouler with the medium insert. Most people say this combo works. I've had two different Stratified tunes that have the rear o2 enabled and I still have issues exactly as you've described. I'll try a 20min cruise at 40mph late night on the backroads here and will report back. I've put on a solid 1000+ miles and was unable to get catalyst or o2 to show ready.

 

Exactly this one. I'm not throwing a code, but I am not getting the sensors to come on either. Quite frustrating

 

Cobb OTS Tune will work just fine as long as it's Stage 0, 1, or 2. Stage 3 turns the Rear o2 Off.

I'm the asshole that had the car all set with the ready monitors, got a new tune from stratified.... and didn't realize the reflash wipes the monitors again.

I have since been trying off and on for 2-3 weeks and I cannot get the monitors to set as ready.

 

Yeah but nobody wants to use those POS OTS tunes :crazy:

Yep, mine all show ready after the latest 2 revisions I got from my tuner.

 

That's great news. I'm running a startified tune as well. I should reach out to them and see if they can get me fixed up.

I can get you the stock pic from Amazon..... lol. It's deep up in there. Didn't even have to remove the DP to install it. Just had to push the heat shielding out of the way a bit.

 

Quick semi related newbie question: What is the gold washer that comes with the vibrant defouler for? O2 sensor or downpipe fitting?

 

In between the defouler and o2 bung on your downpipe.
