I installed a catless downpipe and obviously threw a CEL and I know I need a defouler but will I require two or just one on the O2 sensor that is closer to the turbo, and what size restrictor fitting do I put in the Vibrant defouler with a catless downpipe, I would assume the one that lets the least amount of exhaust in? Forgot to mention I am in NY and need to pass emissions so can’t just have my tuner turn it off.

The defouler goes on the lower O2 sensor. I used this one:

No CEL on stock or Stratified Stage 2 using the medium sized insert.
I don't have inspections. If your area only does an OBD 2 check you should pass. If they look for the catalytic converter, you won't.

I used the Vibrant with the middle insert with my 100 cell catted DP. DNA one looks to be about the same thing. The vibrant might be a little thicker I have your duty. Like you said it only goes on the lower sensor. Once installed position the defouler so it has a slightly upwards angle. So no liquids or anything can build up around sensor.
