Looking for a 3 inch exhaust. I’m okay with it being used my budget is just tight. Don’t care about the brand just needs to be a 3 inch catback & no harsh drone

Cheap, 3", drone free. Pick two.

If you are willing to move one way or the other, you're going to have better luck. Magnaflow is 2.5 inch and is reported to have little to no drone and is fairly priced.

Yeah, if the budget is tight I'd steer ya towards a resonator delete. Is 3" a want or a need? It's total overkill.

My bad I’m just now seeing these replies. 3” is necessary since I’ll be going for the big turbo upgrade

Because trust me the turbocharger isn't going to be that big.
