I got mine done at Clear Auto Bra in Creve Coeur, $275 for 20% all around. They did a good job but there are cheaper options, I was getting Xpel as well so I figured I'd just have them do both at the same time.
Are you a member of the STL ST/RS group on Facebook? There's a fellow owner in the group that does great work and he's pretty cheap IIRC.

Eclipse Windows Tinting in Festus does good work
Is there any business name or contact number? Price is not my main concern...quality is.

Usually goto Custom Sounds and have always been happy with them, they're usually on the less expensive side. Autotrim does great work but is a bit pricey. Auto Trim Restyling - Window Tint

I am one, but I don't frequent the forums much. Generally if I don't see an ST/RS on your facebook I don't approve them unless someone asks otherwise.
