OK so had her for about a month now and started noticing that when I downshift (mostly) and get into 1st clutch fully depressed she stutters!? Hasn't stalled yet but odd definitely, I've seen other posts about this and also spoke with friends who seem to experience the same thing. Any opinions welcomed, especially those experiencing it as well. Or even better have the possible solution. BTW I saw the recall for 13-14 with the wire splicing possibly being the culprit. However my whip is a 16', anyway Thanx guys look forward to some input if available.

Are you holding the trans in first gear for long periods?
At a stoplight I stay in neutral.
And only shift when/near (if I can 'see' the light will change via the other way yellow) getting to green.
Holding the transmission in first gear with the clutch depressed for the whole light is not good.
Are you going into first on the way to stopping? also not useful IMO.
I would say in general shifting into first should only be done at a full stop.
Even moving 1 or 2 mph,, second is the best bet..

At those speeds, you’ll be lugging the engine in second gear, equally as bad.

You'll experience stalling for sure if you do this.
