crazy. Only thing i can think of is they are in canada, so maybe try their postal. Then when it gets through customs it will go through uspsJust tried OnTrac, "the tracking number could not be located".
I think the thought it is in Canada might be right. 9 is almost always a USPS. I've ordered dog collars from CA and it takes a day or two for stuff to show up as it goes through customs and the USPS takes it in and puts the info into their system. The stinky part is USPS won't update shipping stuff over the weekend sometimes.It was processed on the 23rd and the tracking number starts with a 9. I've tried Fedex, UPS, and USPS.
