Im trying to install an led light kit under the hood. Looking for a place to mount the switch to turn it on and off when closing the hood. I'm thinking of screwing it in this hole....I attached a photo of it. Is that ok? Don't know what it's for. Otherwise where would you mount the switch?

its an alignment pin basically... technically it may move around but in reality i dont think it will a lot. i wouldn't personally mount a switch there unless i had to though. not sure there else to mount it, maybe you can hie it somewhere all sleek like. i would think there would be plenty of spots to.
EDIT: probably attached to the radiator, holds the radiator in place
