I’ve looked, and searched all over for these parts online, but not knowing what it is to look up is hard... they look as if they are leaking oil.

In manufacturers terms its only a leak if it forms a drip. That dampness hasnt even made it to the edge of the valve cover. Those solenoids have rubber lip seals that seal them against the valve cover and that appears to be where the dampness is coming from, not the solenoids themselves.

Wipe it down and close the hood.

How common are these to be a source for leakage? Not sure i have seen anyone else post about it
It happens, I see different sorts of valve cover type leaks here on the forums often. Normally either around the VCT, or at the HPFP/Vacuum pump end of cams area.
