I have a high pitched noise... sounds like from down pipe or exhaust (MBRP catted-Ford Racing catback) at 3500 and then again at 5000 RPMs... almost sounds like a little horn/squeak but it resonates a little. I'm thinking maybe down pipe gasket? Anyone experience this? I've had a couple mechanics check it... the first one couldn't replicate the noise (only seems to do it when car is warmed up) ... the second couldn't diagnose it. Any ideas?

Is it only under load? Or will it do it while just cruising?

If it's under load it could be your exhaust flexing and rubbing into a crossmember or sub frame.

What other parts do you have? Upgraded exhaust hangers?

Hmm not sure if my reply went thru...
I have Cobb brackets in back... the downpipe bracket is fried and I have one on order from RDC, but it makes more of a crunching sound...
The high pitched noise is only under load when the car is warmed up... sounds almost like a horn (like one of those little bicycle horns)
Super embarrassing :/
Also have upgraded intercooler pipes but I'm pretty sure they are on well and no boost leaks...
