Vibration under slight acceleration.

Im posting for a friend who owns an ST, as Im trying to help people out if they end up in the same situation as i did. Hunting through forums trying to find an answer did not work, so i assume only a few will run into this issue. We did a downpipe install and everyone had said cut the hangers that are connected to the mount itself. For us, that was not the issue. The vibration wasnt much of a metal rattle it was muffled but very loud. it shook the driver and passenger seat pretty good. We knew that everything was tight after the install and it ended up being something so minor but had a big impact to vibration and noise. It was the part of the hanger that was welded to the downpipe itself, rubbing against part of the frame. You can see in the image that the end of the hanger was ever so slightly hitting it. The only way we spotted any sort of rubbing was that little scratch. Hopefully for some this clears up and issues with vibration sounds. It drove us crazy haha.
