Use Cobb OTS tunes in the meantime?

So I ordered a flash tune from Stratified...but the tune is supposed to be with my current mods AND one step colder spark plugs..however I haven't gotten the one step colder plugs and won't get them until tomorrow or Tuesday. Is it a bad idea to use the preloaded Cobb maps until I get them and then load the Stratified maps when I get the plugs? Or is it okay to just use the stratified maps now without the plugs
