So I have a Turbosmart 50/50 that I installed about 1 year ago. Its beginning to stick open while driving normally. Is there any way to remove or lubricate? Also im not a big fan of the BOV venting at low boost would I be able to install a boost controller between the vacuum line in order to control just the boost required to open the BOV. Would that damage anything or prevent turbo from going past set boost level?

I don't think that it would damage anything by getting stuck open honestly, but if I were you I'd contact them about it. I know Boomba is really keen on getting stuff like this resolved, and I wouldn't be surprised if they also were.
I was referring to installing the boost controller between vacuum line to the BOV. You think that would damage anything?

Run it off a symposer delete. Its a true vacuum source and eliminates most of the early pop off issues
Ya I didn't get the one with the vacuum port. Didn't think I would ever need it. Anywhere else I can run true vacuum? I mean I could just drill and tap but im not sure my harbor freight tap and die can handle it...
