Tuned on stock intercooler.. What temps to monitor?

As the title states Im currently tuned on the stock intercooler.

Im currently monitoring on my accessport the IAT temp, comp inlet temp, and charge air temp.

What values/temperatures should i watch for? What do you not want to see on any of these temps?

I think ill just break down and buy an intercooler, I was trying to justify buying a downpipe first but there really is no way around the intercooler needing upgrading first. Especially here in Houston

I'm in the Houston area too. Hoping I can swing an intercooler upgrade before the summer rolls along
