All-I have installed TSW Nurburgring 18X8 40 offset with garageline spacers 15/20 mm. Looks really good on the car now but I am planning to install the widebody fenders in the future. The tires poke out just a little. I am going to need new tires and would like 245-40-18 if its worth it. What would you guys recommend? Stock height no rubbing but planning to drop and go with some springs or coilovers. Any guidance would be appreciated.

Wanted to follow up- did you ever try out this fitment? I just ordered the TSW rims and I am worried about the rub. I'd like to go with 245 tires. I'm not adding spacers though, so is that why they poke out just a little?
The 40mm offset will work nicely with the 245's; the "poke" would definitely be from the spacers.

Sry to bump this thread since its already here.

I just got a set of nurburgrings and having difficulty finding the correct 72.1 to 63.4 hub centric rings. May I know where did you guys get those from?

Im looking into custom made ones from US wheel adapters, expensive but could be the only solution. It was asking the outer flange size which I'm not familiar with. They only offer 0.100" and 0.050" which seems both too small for nurbs. Or maybe I measured the wrong place

I’m having the same issue. I ordered hub centric rings online that were supposed to be the perfect fit and they were off quite a bit.

I contacted TSW directly and asked what the deal was. They said you need to order their own rings through them. So I’m having a local shop order them for me. Really hoping it works.

apparently the flange on the back of most rings makes them incompatible with the rims. At least that’s what the TSW rep said.

tbh, I don’t feel vibration so they’re probably safe, but I’d still rather make sure I get these on correctly.

If you find a good hub centric ring, let us know.

I won’t know if TSW makes well fitting rings for their own wheels for another week or so.

I made some measurements and can't decided to do a custom made one. I found out they not only have little flange hard to measure exact size but also with smaller diameter inside. Makes the height of the ring need to be custom made shorter than standard one.

I contacted the wheel vendor they said they will provide a set for free but need to be backordered so more waiting I guess.

Well I found a useable solution but require some time.

Since my tsw rings are on backorders and no ETA, luckily I found this 72.00mm to 63.36mm rings with huge flange and can't fit in that bigger diameter space. At least the ID and OD is right, right?

I also found on RS forum that the metal ones they custom made doesn't have flange, the nubs smaller diameter will hold the rings, no need for flange.

So I used dremel slowing grinding out the flange making a straight ring. But the height/width is a little bit tall.
Then I move the ring on 80 grade sandpaper till it's fit enough into the wheel (ABOUT 5 MIN EACH WITH CONSTANT PRESSURE). And I measured height/width is 0.305 inch.

well tbh 0.3 inch height will work, fits pretty good.

Finally I can mount the wheels now and order the metal ones also waiting on vendor's shipment. Time will tell if those can last haha.

Pics of the rings I purchased, forgot took pictures before :(
