So on June 28th I ordered a set of TRC sideskirts and a TRC front splitter for my 2014 ST, I waited 5 weeks before the packages arrived at my house which was acceptable, everything is made to order and it shipped from the UK to the US. Well two weeks ago I took delivery of both parts, opened the packages and inspected the products for damage, there was none and I was happy with how everything was shipped for me, a few days had gone by and I finally had time to install them and I started installing everything, got the side skirts on with no problem and then took my front bumper off to start installing my lip. I started to realize that the lip I had received wasn't matching up too well and after a little research and inspecting TRC's website I realized they had sent me a MK3.5 splitter for a 2015+ and not a MK3 splitter for my 2014 ST. I quickly emailed them about the issue and they responded back saying they were sorry about the issue and to email them a picture of the front lip. I emailed them a picture of the front splitter and then I heard nothing after that, it has been a week now, I have emailed Kevin at TRC several times about how we can possibly resolve this issue and I have yet to hear a response back. I'm tempted to contact paypal (the way I paid for the lip), and put in a dispute about the purchase because they did send me the wrong product. I am sure it was just an accident but I am getting sick of no one responding to my emails and attempts of trying to get a hold of them. Does anyone have any possible resolutions for this or ideas of what I should do to fix this?
