So on June 28th I ordered a set of TRC sideskirts and a TRC front splitter for my 2014 ST, I waited 5 weeks before the packages arrived at my house which was acceptable, everything is made to order and it shipped from the UK to the US. Well two weeks ago I took delivery of both parts, opened the packages and inspected the products for damage, there was none and I was happy with how everything was shipped for me, a few days had gone by and I finally had time to install them and I started installing everything, got the side skirts on with no problem and then took my front bumper off to start installing my lip. I started to realize that the lip I had received wasn't matching up too well and after a little research and inspecting TRC's website I realized they had sent me a MK3.5 splitter for a 2015+ and not a MK3 splitter for my 2014 ST. I quickly emailed them about the issue and they responded back saying they were sorry about the issue and to email them a picture of the front lip. I emailed them a picture of the front splitter and then I heard nothing after that, it has been a week now, I have emailed Kevin at TRC several times about how we can possibly resolve this issue and I have yet to hear a response back. I'm tempted to contact paypal (the way I paid for the lip), and put in a dispute about the purchase because they did send me the wrong product. I am sure it was just an accident but I am getting sick of no one responding to my emails and attempts of trying to get a hold of them. Does anyone have any possible resolutions for this or ideas of what I should do to fix this?

So question, were they quick to respond before they got your money (before the order)? But now they are not replying since 1 week ago? Sounds shady to me and why I don't order things from overseas because it's hard to work with situations like this.

Yeah they were fine about responding before hand, even the day after I emailed them about receiving the wrong lip they emailed me like "Our sincerest apology about this, please email us a picture of the lip", and I did right away and 5 days later I have still not heard anything back from them, I have only ever heard great things about TRC, but I think 5-7 days is a pretty long reply time for an order that you messed up on. I'm hoping they have just been swamped at the shop and that's the reasoning for the slow response but I am really getting impatient.

I feel your pain especially on the mix up, but how many emails have you sent since the emailed pic one?

I have sent about 3 emails in the last week to them about this order mix up.
Hopefully they are just swamped but I would have expected a reply in that fashion saying hey we are getting things in order for you, but really busy at the shop right now. Instead of just no reply, I hate that and makes me worry! Good luck man, I say give it another week at most and then start a file claim to get the ball rolling. If a report is filed they have to respond and work it before xx said date or paypal will refund your money.

yeah or worst comes to worst I'll file a claim through my credit card company, I'm not trying to scam them or anything but 1.) I am not paying shipping to return the lip they mistakenly sent me. and 2.) I'll file a claim, get my money back and shop elsewhere if they can't resolve this issue.

PERHAPS they are on Holiday. I was at Disney World this past week, and the amount of UK residents that were there, was overwhelming. I might cost you a few bucks, but have you tried calling? ( phone number = +44 1480 731971 ) Regardless, its a mess, because they should have some sort of automated e-mail reply if they are actually on holiday. Hit up their Facebook page if you are on facebook. They are actively posting, but that doesn't mean the office is not closed.

I had tried calling them a few times and could never get the call to go through, just got the call to go through and spoke with a gentlemen i believe his name was Ollie??? at TRC, he told me they are remaking me the correct lip tomorrow or Friday of this week and will have it shipped out to me early next week! Also he said I can keep the MK3.5 lip and can do whatever I'd like with it! Awesome customer support wahooo
