Hello everyone! I just purchased a 2017 ST3 with 25xxx miles. I test drove and focused on all the sounds and drivability and all sounded great (normal) After a 2 hour drive home, I was doing some hill starts (I live in southern Ohio) and noticed when riding out 1st gear till about 3000rpm, the shift from 1st to 2nd makes a decently loud “clack” sound when pulling shifter out of 1st gear. There are no other sounds when engaging 2nd, or any of the other gears. AND it doesn’t always do it. Any thoughts or experiences in your ST’s??

Been doing this since new, car has 60k miles on it had a transmission replaced because of another issue and they both did/do it. Sounds normal to me.

Ines also done it in since new. Bought it with 83 miles on it. I didn't know if it was at the tranny oir the CV axles. But either way it's always done it so I don't worry about it.
