I noticed these headlights a few days ago when i was browsing through YouTube, but for the life of me cannot find where they are sold. does anybody know where to find these headlights?

Pretty sure they were from a company called The Lighting Firm, which went out of business a year ago or so.

I highly recommend calling Diode Dynamics, they will point you in the right direction. They themselves have excellent products and awesome customer service.
