I've been looking at these for a while. I still can't figure out what springs to run in my MV-S.

That's a choice best left to your tuner and based on your goals. For me a starting point is the 1 Bar setup.

Nah, that's more of a geez whiz feature unless used for a motorsports application. For street use its not necessary. I was concerned about it so I called Tial and asked their opinion.
