Is there much of a point if I Only do the throttle body spacer and don’t do a manifold spacer or are they really meant to go together? Is there much of a point in doing either for that matter?

IMO, it's better to do JUST the manifold spacer instead of the TB spacer if you only want to do once piece. There's an old thread in the performance forum regarding how the IM ports don't directly match up with the ports on the head. Breedt was the first one, if I'm not mistaken, that through up the idea to make a spacer that matched up the ports. I only have the IM spacer (Breedt) and when I did mine, I immediately noticed little to no stumble when I got of the throttle and the engine felt smoother all through out.
