Some more info might help. Is it a custom tune? If so, you should be asking your tuner first. My first thoughts is wondering why cyl 2 and 4 are off on their own with negatives.

I think it would be best to give a link to the log as well so it's easier to see the actual numbers. I see that you are here in Cali as well and the gas here seems to be crap, we don't get 93 and it doesn't even seem to be high quality 91 either.

I'm running a stratified tune as well, and just recently had it re-done for the FMIC I put on and am waiting for the OAR to set in before doing some logging. But I still see negative corrections and have a feeling it's due to the gas here.

It will be interesting to see what they say about the logs, you get a good number of knock counts like I do and always thought that was a bad thing. Are you running an aftermarket exhaust or anything? For me I almost wonder if my MBRP is hitting due to the not so great fitment and the sensors are picking that up. I know my way around a vehicle but I'm no tuner. On a side note, I learned there is a gas station that sells race fuel right around Mission Blvd in Fremont off 680. So next time I'm out that way I will probably throw a few gallons of that in the car and see if I still get negative correction to rule out the gas here.
