So does anyone have info on the tallest that will fit? I'm at stock height and am interested in a larger tire. I know I'll need to correct the revs/mile to adjust, but I'm curious what fits. And also what the limiting factor is, full steering lock, rubbing on the fender liner, etc.

Well yall are lucky. Im running 245/45/18s. They do fit on stock suspension. Time to time on really bad dips in the road, id rub, but other than that it works great. Ride quality went up. but i feel its more sqishy in cornering.
