Also note that you will get a checksum error when making the as-built changes - it is OK to ignore that - the system will correct it automatically.

OK - try another as-built tweak and change this value to 24 and see if the clock starts updating.

That's really strange - the intent of that setting is to make the APIM the CM (clock master). Can I assume that you have installed a plug-in GPS antenna to the back of the APIM and that you are not getting any GPS error messages ?
