I changed all my bushings(front and rear) on my previous car(07 Camry 110k). They were fine. I installed energy suspension and did not affect the ride much. Then I did lowering springs, sway bar, front strut brace. The springs and rear sway bar will totally make you happy if you’re looking for a firmer ride. I don’t think our st would need a rear sway bar. Coilovers will make a huge difference. From what I read, and noticed after installing my bushings you feel in the steering wheel more vibration and road imperfections. I don’t think they help with stability. It was a lot of work, I wouldn’t do it again, unless they break and cause noises
