There's numerous accounts of clutch master cylinder and clutch line restrictor failures, but none with ABS/Trac codes. That may just be coincidence.

To test, you can remove the clutch line restrictor where the steel line meets the rubber line by the firewall. Its a large round black plastic piece that's plugged in-line there. Remove the restrictor and plug the rubber line directly into the steel line. If the issue continues, it's more than likely the master cylinder.

Its a good idea to replace the whle restrictor/clutch line with a braided stainless unit anyway, but doing this is for the sake of diagnosis.
