Thanks for the recommendations- I'll put the new plugs in for now and check the ground straps like 500 mi after whenever I flash to the Cobb OTS S2 map.
Going to go ahead and do a cylinder compression test while I have the plugs out as well- it's alright to PULL the plugs when the engine is hot, yeah? Engine has to be hot for compression test to be worth anything. Planning on waiting for engine to cool back down before I put new plugs in.
