Sony Amp Connectors - What are they?

Does anyone know the make and model of the connectors going into the Sony amplifier? I'm assuming they're Molex, but there are so many product lines that look similar, it's hard to figure out what's what. Just wondering if anyone knows.

--------Progress--------
There are 3 connectors on the harness and 2 physical headers on the amplifier board. The second header accepts 2 connectors.
In the wiring diagrams these connectors/headers are called C4326A (20 pin), C4326B (16 pin), C4326C (16 pin)

I've found information on connector C4326A. It's a Molex H-DAC-64 series connector. Part numbers for connector and header are as follows:
0307005207 Header
0307001207 Connector

-------More Progress-------
The other 2 connectors are proving incredibly difficult to track down. I'll post photos on an electronics forum to see if anyone recognizes them. This is as far as I've got on these 2:

Header is 2 bay/cavity. Each cavity contains 16 terminals, dual row at 3.00mm pitch, and each cavity has a different physical key to prevent mismatch. It is made of PPA plastic with 16% glass fiber (PPA+16%GF). Only markings are plastic type and pin numbers.
Connector housing is dual row, 16 pin, 3.00mm pitch. There are 2 different key types to prevent connector mismatch. It is made of PBT plastic with 15% glass fiber (PBT-GF15). Only markings are plastic type and pin numbers.

-------Final Remarks--------
We found C4326A as the above Molex connectors. There are other part numbers to the series that will fit and mate up if we ever need to tap into this.

C4326B and C4326C seem to be custom connectors. Various companies specializing in these things have been unable to identify who even makes the connectors, let alone get part numbers. Obviously Ford has their own part numbers for these, but that's almost of no use to us.

I'm giving up on these for now. Hopefully this info will be of some use to someone later on.

That's my idea exactly. I'll buy 10 sets of them or so, build some decent quality breakout cables/breakout boxes and sell the rest. Cutting the wires isn't too terrible if you solder them together, but I'd like something easier to remove.

My problem so far is finding the make and model of the B and C connectors as these are nearly identical and B is the one that actually carries the amplified signal to the door speakers. Connector A connects to APIM and CAN if I remember right, which could be useful, but less so than B. The only markings on the connectors are the type of plastic used, which is next to useless for identification.

Are you sure the spacing is exactly 3.0mm?
Yep, took out my digital caliper and measured center to center. Was 3.00mm exactly.

Have you opened up the Sony amp to see if there are any markings on the male header?
Did that too. That's how I tracked down the part numbers for C4326A. But the black double header has nothing on it except for plastic type and pin numbers. I've searched through almost all of Molex's catalog, almost all of Tyco's catalog (TE), and most of Delphi's. It also doesn't look like anything Amphenol makes but I haven't done an extensive search through them yet. I'm running out of manufacturers to check. This might actually turn out to be a custom connector, but I'm counting on Ford/Sony getting cheap and picking off the shelf, seeing as how they did so for A. The logic and cost in making a custom for B and C doesn't make sense.

I posted the photos to ElectronicsPoint forum to see if anyone recognizes them. If that gets me nothing in the next few days, I'll send a query in to a company that makes custom harnesses and sources automotive connectors to see if they can track it down. At the same time, I'll send an email to Ford themselves to see if I can get any luck there (yeah right, but it's worth a shot).

I'd rather not have to order the Ford parts as those get pricey, fast. And the dealers here are ****s and aren't as helpful as in the US.

Well I'm pretty well giving up on this. I emailed two companies and got responses today.

The first company is one that specializes in hard to find connectors and custom wiring harnesses. Here's the response.

From what I have seen in the past the male end only ever comes as a PCB header connector.
Also, the side off the harness is currently unavailable to me as no information regarding the connector has yet to be released from the manufacturer or the plastic company that molds these pieces. The only thing I could offer you would be a male/female connection of a different type(Not Stock OEM).
If something like this might be of interest I can look into pricing and availability. It would probably be roughly $79.00 to $89.00 each side.

Thank You
My interpretation of this is that they've seen these before and they're not able to figure out what the hell they are, which screams custom connector. They've also seemed to have contacted Ford already and got nowhere.

The second company (TE) makes connectors that are strikingly similar to what we're looking for. Here is their response.

I am not able to identify this connector.
If ours, It should have the AMP or TE logo stamped into housing

Best regards
Our connectors have neither the TE logo nor the AMP series logo molded into them. Also a dead end.

As I said, I'm giving up on this for now. Who knows, we may get lucky later on.

I have a question for anyone that has knowledge about wiring. I am looking for the size pin header that goes into the Molex C4326A (20 pin) header. I pulled one out but could not find what size it was. Any info on this would be greatly appreciated.
