Actually it's not messed up man. He handled it in a fair and proper order. I sent him a private message less than a few minutes after he posted his items.

So just because you didn't see someone respond to the ad, doesn't mean you have first dibs on it. And remember the seller isn't obligated to go in any certain order anyway...... yet he did in this case.
