So the race focus made it through and earned 2 podiums last weekend!

Got 2nd in class and 5th overall Saturday in an 8 hour race and 3rd, got passed in the last lap, on Sunday... Couldn't block all the way around.

Oil temps were as high as 265 on AP and not much over 215 on water. Looking to get the oil temps down . We have the mish oil cooler and radiator already. Thinking we can maybe get a 25 row instead of the 19 row. Ambient was around 85 degrees and sunny on day 1.

Also looking to reduce weight by 200# if we can. Hatch may have to go and be replaced with thin plate and lexan. Wonder how much the side triangle Windows weigh, may need to delete those too.

Remember the oil temp is only a modeled value based on coolant temp and engine speed/load history, so the best cooler in the world won't change the value other than by the amount it helps also reduce coolant temps. You need to put an actual sensor in the sandwich plate or inline somewhere.
