Have you tried letting others drive a pass or two? Making sure it's not the driving style? Just saying to cover all bases ya know? Or swapping to an ots cobb tune and seeing if it does any better? When i was just tuned on crap tires i did a flat 9 with a 2.2 60' on the 1/8th. So basically a 14s run on a 1/4. On that pass i left esc fully on and launched at 2800.
