2014 Ford Focus ST.......$100.......40mph roll. I run an E30 tune on my DD with a few bolt-ons.

But this is where it gets weird............

Some of my Mustang pals said they saw this kids car dyno ( Dynojet ) at......400whp on a K03 turbocharger. No power adder. Bolt-ons. I called bs......that's how the call out happened.

Now maybe Im missing something but I personally have been on this board for 2 years and have yet to see anybody run more than about 300whp on a K03. WillofFreeport who most of you know told me this am no way a K03 makes 400 at the wheels, which, of course, led Will to doing his BT build.

So...............wtf?

I think they would need a fully build high compression engine to pull those numbers with a stock turbo.

Has anybody actually done this? Havent seen it anywhere in these pages?

Guy said I could check out his car soup to nuts before we go.......I was just looking into that you can upgrade your K03 to a K04 for about $500 but looks like not even close to bringing that little turbo up 110hp over what Im running on an E30 tune.

There's no way. My car on Torries E30 tune stock turbo 17 psi

Should be an easy win, but an ST calling out a modded ST either has something fishy going on ooooooooooooooor is really confident in their driver mod.

He made the gig for $100.....think he knows I run an E30 tune. So everybody and their brother knows that a 40 roll is only about who might get the jump and nothing else. Which tells me, he knows he's going to crush me..........so back to this group of guys who swore up and down the dyno said 400 and the kid insists stock turbo. Im duped.....even checked Audi, VW etc sites who run small turbos and nobody is getting anywhere near a 400 number. Which leaves nitrous........but kid said he'd let me check his car out top to bottom.........

Maybe he's going to be having a pal run a drone overhead and f**k with my car!!

Interesting. Obviously I'm calling BS too on this one. He knows why a "KO3" turbo is..right? If he upgraded it or it was upgraded by a previous owner or something then like that is plausible...but there's not a chance. These heavily built stock turbo cars a few guys on here can very UNSAFELY put out what...315? And thats running the guts out of it and out flowing the turbo and risking it big time. Heck even Nitrous what are dudes putting down?

Sounds like you need the day off work so you can go find this kids car and see wtf he's got going on! Then let us know ASAP

Must have been 400 torque...
Think you nailed it........he was looking at torque #'s on that dyno sheet. Think I'm in the mid-380's on torque. Need some lightweight wheels......you pop on some Rota Grids or those lightweight Enkei's that are about 17 or 18 pounds, you are dropping near 150 pounds in rotational mass.
