I wanted to post about a recent experience with Torrie. Took my 2013 ST in for recall work and the dealer flashed the computer with a new strategy, and the tune I bought from Torrie and had been running for 4 or 5 years would not reload.
Contacted him and the re-flash by the dealer meant the SCT tuner and the tune needed to be updated. Update was promptly sent after SCT made their device update available, which was necessary because the Ford strategy was new.
Price for the new tune was reasonable, and Torrie was patient when I had an issue with install (on my end).
After running the new tune for a couple of days, I emailed Torrie about something I did not like that had changed from the prior tune. In what must be some sort of customer service record, Torrie emailed me a new file 4 minutes later which addressed my concern.
Customer service like the above is one of the reason I run Torrie's tune on my ST and also on my GT500 and have run it on other cars I have owned as well.
