You would need to change out a lot more than just the bumper. Pretty much the whole front end.

With the rear you could probably just swap the valence easier than replacing the whole rear bumper. Probably alot cheaper to do the Maxton Desgin rs kit.

Got options for rear on a 2015? i feel it looks better than st but only visual i would like from RS.With the rear you could probably just swap the valence easier than replacing the whole rear bumper. Probably alot cheaper to do the Maxton Desgin rs kit.

....for the 2013 ... you cant mate up any of the front end period with the RS... or even the 2015+ ST for that matter.
You need new quarter panels, new headlights, new hood, and new front bumper. I doubt after all that, the bolts line up the same, so im going to say there may be quite a lot of fab work for brackets and new mounting points as well.
You would be better off buying the Maxton RS kit for the 2013-2014 focus. Otherwise, start saving for a real RS.
