rpms at idle?

I have a new ST and have been having issues trying to turn off auto lock. I had it off and out of habit I grabbed the drivers door handle and hit unlock and lock at the same time. It seems since then I can't turn it off. More of a concern right now is the idle rpm's, I hadn't noticed this before today after playing with the auto lock feature this morning. At a stop in 1'st gear foot on break 750 rpm( which I thought was normal) take foot off break and sit there a moment and idle goes up to just under 1000 rpm's. It may have done it before and I'm just now noticing it, but I had only seen 750 rpm's before. Anyone else notice this? Was concerned I really got into programming mode, lol!

It'll fluctuate when depressing the clutch of the brake usually.

It's supposed to be a feature so that you can lazy it in traffic and not even use the throttle. One of the things that makes the car so beginner friendly. Probably could be removed via a tuner special request, I don't know of any tuners that offer it as a option up front.

Question... Do your rpms ever increase between shifts? If so, it may be the gas pedal assembly that needs to be greased inside with some white lithium grease. Mine was having issues with rpms climbing between shifts and also sometimes climbing at idle. Turned out it was the stupid gas pedal sticking.
