Hey, everyone. I'm having an electric exhaust cutout installed by an exhaust shop on the 17th. I'd do it myself, but it's cold and I don't have a lift, and really don't feel like laying under the car lol anyway does anyone have any suggestions on where to route the wire? The cutout will be located directly after the downpipe. I need it routed into the cabin.

I went with an eBay kit to make sure I like the way it works before buying an expensive kit like QTP. It's fairly simple so I don't see there being an issue with the cheap one anyway. But it is a "wireless" set up. Which just means there's no switch to mount basically. It has a key fob type thing you use. So I still have to route the wire into the cabin to plug in the power cord of it to the "cigarette lighter"( I don't smoke I can't think of the right name right now lol ). I do have the option of hard wiring with an add a fuse or something later, but for now I want to actually use the plug to make sure I like how it works. So I just have to get a wire from the downpipe to inside the car then I can just plug it into the power source. I'm assuming the best bet is to run it into the engine bay and then find an entry there?
