Hi,
My name is Kirill and have a 2013 ford focus hatchback se. Was recently rear ended and need to replace the rear bumper cover and impact bar. The cover seems easy but wondering about the impact bar. Does anyone have insight into removing this and replacing? Thanks in advance!

Last time I had the cover off, I believe it just unbolts from the back of the car. Nothing special needed. Just mind the crash sensors.

Don't break them, basically. As with every other sensor on our car (the car is very picky) they aren't hard to break I'm sure. Take them off, put them somewhere out of the way and safe, and hook them back up to the replacement. Shouldn't be too bad.

^^ What he said. Just be mindful of the wiring and where it clips onto the bumper. Unplug it before you pull the crash bar.
