Did you replace the black Teflon seal (or what ever those are made from)? If not I would advise pulling them again, because once removed those seals are suppose to be replaced with new one before reinstall.
edit: Clean them with what though? You would be better off spending the $200 to ship them to a company to have them flow tested before and after, pattern spray charted, etc along with a proper cleaning to ensure they are all up to par imho.
