I have heard some low speed grinding when it's quiet in my car come from the rear rotors. I took them apart and cleaned them up and found this.

The inboard pad is toast! The outside pad has 10x the life of the inside pad. Is this something I should take to the dealer to see if it can be replaced under warranty? Or should I get a new caliper and pads and rotor and put new brakes on? Mileage is 31500ish.
