Are AVS and WeatherTech the only ones you can get? I have just read nothing but bad reviews about their fitment. Have either of them updated the sizing so they do not fall out anymore?

If you get the Mugen style ones, make sure when you go through a car wash that the dryer blower of the car wash doesn't blow the damn things off. Ive lost two front ones because I didn't notice at the time, went back and they said they didn't find anything. Yep........so Ive had to buy 2 extra sets.

I got the Mugen ones off Amazon. I replaced the faux-3M tape w/ real 3M Automotive adhesive and it's been on the autobahn/rain a few times without any issues. I don't foresee carwash blowers to be an issue if it can withstand autobahn speeds in the rain. Fingers crossed though! Figured it was worth a shot at only $30.

I'll post a pic when the weather clears up.

I keep coming back and looking at this picture, I absolutely love the color of this car and everything about it. Wheels seem darker, tail lights seem to pop, the car looks almost purple-ish black, just awesome. Thanks for sharing this pic.

Side note, are they stick on with 3M tape, or are they the inserts that go under your weather stripping?

Just installed these "Mugen" style stick-on ones. I am still on the fence but they are growing on me. Seeing as I hand wash my car I am not too worried about car washes but I definitely can see having to reapply the 3M tape in a year or 2 (or less).

I actually ordered these on Friday. Nice to see them installed on a car, they don't look too bad at all. Ordered some real 3M tape to go with them too. Do you think they'd hold up in an automated car wash? (Never mind how bad those are)

iI think they will but I think its all about the prep work. Mine came with 3M tape on them already. I wiped down all surfaces with alcohol prior to installation. It also helped that it was a bright, sunny day in the low 80's. I applied as much hand pressure as I could on them the length of the guards and then let them bake in the sun all afternoon. They seem to be on there pretty dang strong.

Once I receive them in the mail I'll take a look at the supplied 3M tape and make a call from there. I'd rather use the real stuff to be sure. We'll see how it goes.

Well I got my "Mugen Style" wind deflectors today from Amazon. Also got 2 rolls of 3M Automotive double sided tape. Dunno whether or not if I needed it, but I added it anyways just to be sure.

This thread has got me thinking about getting some for my car. However, I am not a fan of the "stick on" reflectors and find the in-channel ones to be much cleaner in appearance.

What options are available besides WeatherTech and AVS? I am finding a very mixed bag of reviews for both of these brands. Some people are reporting poor or insecure fit.
