*Let me be clear, I'm not displeased. I would suggest looking into the o2 bung locations though, especially the front bung. It would do much better a little further up the pipe.

Lastly, this is the downstream o2. It gets very close to that heat shield. I recommend pushing down the heat shield for anyone who puts this in.

They were not stretched at all when I installed one on the car in the video, the harness clips in and you can move the clip up the wire to gain additional room

I don't understand what you mean with real world results, as we installed the same item you did. I asked Bill because he's the one that personally installed it and would of noticed this issue. I'm not saying you didn't have an issue just saying that we didn't run into this issue with our install. Obviously I'll keep my eye on things to see if this becomes a normal issue, but right now it's just one case and there isn't much I can do at this time that I haven't already done. I wish I had a better answer for you at this time.

I installed mine tonight and I agree with these two statements. Forget about clipping the front o2 connector back to the original bracket. I just left it hanging. I also had to push the heat shield down a bit to clear room for the other o2. Other than that it went on great. Highly recommended!
