Looks like some high quality parts, but I have some concern with the hanger bracket that's welded on the end of the downpipe by the cat-back section of the exhaust.

It looks like you only have two spot welds on the bracket which actually supports quite a bit of pressure on it, especially under heavy acceleration and quick shifting. I've seen other downpipes with more area of the hanger welded to the downpipe that have broken or cracked under stress. Have you experienced any issues with it and/or are you planning on a "v2" with revision for these? I'm guessing not since you just released these this week but still, I drive some bumpy roads and push my car pretty hard. When I buy a catless DP I want it to have better hangers.
As far as the construction goes see if this eases your mind..

You should see no issue what so ever with these downpipes. The same guy that builds our downpipes built this. If you are familiar with H2O at then you will know that this car won top dog last year.

They also have 20+ years in custom fabrication as well as being known for building custom turbos. You can sleep easy with this part bud.

Can I get a better price if I pick one up in person. I see you have free shipping.
Price will be the same in store as the website...

Soooo, lifetime warranty? Active duty military discount?
All new products are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and material.

CEL with the catted version? Us Carolinians need to pass emissions.

Thank you for the info
I haven't heard anything as of yet as that being an issue.

What size are the bolts you use to connect to the catback?
I will have to find out the specifics but from my understanding they are just stock replacements.

Installed mine tonight. More pics can be found in my build thread.

The o2 wires are a bit tighter than stock and with the magnaflow downpipe I replaced out. The front o2 sensor is too tight to even clip the connector back in the bracket beside the rear connection.

*Let me be clear, I'm not displeased. I would suggest looking into the o2 bung locations though, especially the front bung. It would do much better a little further up the pipe.

This is the rear line stretching to reach:

This is a HORRIBLE picture of the front o2 connector dangling since it wont reach to snap back into bracket:

Bung placement. CJPP vs Magnaflow:

Lastly, this is the downstream o2. It gets very close to that heat shield. I recommend pushing down the heat shield for anyone who puts this in.

I asked Bill if he had the same issue when installing the one he did for the install video and he said the following...

They were not stretched at all when I installed one on the car in the video, the harness clips in and you can move the clip up the wire to gain additional room

As you can see the clips have been moved and even the connector for the front o2 sensor has been completely unclipped from the bracket to buy length.

Thank you for the response, but it's not in line with the real world results of my situation.
I don't understand what you mean with real world results, as we installed the same item you did. I asked Bill because he's the one that personally installed it and would of noticed this issue. I'm not saying you didn't have an issue just saying that we didn't run into this issue with our install. Obviously I'll keep my eye on things to see if this becomes a normal issue, but right now it's just one case and there isn't much I can do at this time that I haven't already done. I wish I had a better answer for you at this time.

Real world results mean I installed it ran into issues that I think could be easily remedied on your company's behalf on the manufacturing table. I'm trying to do you guys the favor here. I installed it, a very simple and easy piece to install. I took pictures and even a comparison picture to help you perfect a product that isn't far off from being such. I don't want this thread to turn in the wrong direction. My intentions are sincere and I intend to only be of help, if that means to stop responding and communicating my experiences and suggestions, then I'm sorry to hear that but I'll do so.

I'm not looking for you to do anything in my case, as previously stated - I am satisfied. Best of luck and thanks for your time.
Oh I have no problem with you posting your results, I'm glad you did because if more have the same issue then we can talk to our manufacture and work on the solution. I obviously read your comment wrong as I took it as my answer from Bill wasn't good enough. No worries man, like I said we'll see if anymore have this issue and go from there. We are glad you are happy with the product. Thank you again for your feedback.

Steve, or anyone... noticed on the website that this downpipe is available again. There were a couple customers in this thread that had some (albeit minor) O2 fitment issues. We're any of those issues addressed with this re release?
They are from a different manufacture this time around but I have not heard any issues with these. If buy right now they are currently both marked down.
