Are there OBD2 data loggers with decent analysis software I could use on my daughter's 2012 Focus SE?
She is generally a very safe driver but we've had occasion to notice that my previous PRO Rallying experience may be somewhat genetic, and that she got some of those genes.
Not keen to spy on her per se, just trying to see if during her commute to/from school she is adhering to the speed limits and not trying to pull more than .75 lateral Gs if you get my drift (bad pun... sorry!).
Anyone have any recommendations for any one of these things?
They all seem to do the basics, but none of the reviews on Amazon have anything nice to say about the software. I'd like to pull the device on a Saturday morning, connect it to a Mac, launch the software and see if the car went over 40 mph (which is the highest legal speed limit on the way to school).
Thanks!
Mark
