Anyone used any non-OEM O2 sensors? The front/upstream wideband in particular. I ended up just getting an OEM on amazon prime to play it safe (have a dyno tune coming up Friday), but in my search I came across ones from Bosch, NTK, Denso.

The Bosch 17319 especially was cheaper and readily available locally. Just under $70 locally and $48 or something on amazon. One of the amazon comments indicates success on FoST, but I came up dry searching elsewhere online.

FWIW, Amazon says that Bosch upstream sensor fits my 2013 Focus ST...

Hope that helps,
Mark

Stay away from pretty much anything Bosch. Especially their o2 sensors. I can’t count how many Times cars come into the shop I work for with Bosch sensors and are defective parts. NTK and denso are great alternatives though

Natwood good to know. I’ve ran Bosch sensors on aftermarket wide bands and never had an issue. Who knows.

From what I saw denso or NTK were similar price to OEM or even more, so might as well stick with motorcaft.

Looking on Rockauto.com, it looks like the Denso downstream replacement is ~$3 cheaper than Motorcraft, but the upstream replacement is ~$18 cheaper than Motorcraft ($21 cheaper as a set). I like buying from there because I can have the parts shipped to work (I can usually save $1-2 on the shipping) and you can usually find a 5% off coupon code, plus I get charged tax on Amazon orders.

Yep, I love rockauto as well. Their part matching/finding system seems to work really well too for all the cars I've purchased parts for. I did amazon this time around for overnight shipping
