I posted about my issue a while back and got some good help! My issue was that I can't seem to pass my emissions for my NY state inspection. The monitors can't seem to get ready. Ive driven it and followed the Ford specific drive cycles. The monitors are ready except the o2 and heater monitors. Ive been driving for a while and this is the first time I have ever had this issue. But I just feel like i'm over looking something. I now have a full steeda intake, Cat-back, and Intercooler with pipes. Ill answer your questions now to get them out of the way lol

-I did have a tune but I unmarried it so its not tuned anymore.
-I took it too ford the first time to get it inspected and they told me to keep driving and come back. I did that twice and when I realized the monitors still weren't ready I paid ford to reset the computer again.
-I did have a down pipe but removed it before the dealership trip never installed again. So I am currently driving with stock manifold
-I realized the dealership isn't going to really help me when they were going to charge me $600 for a sound symposer system that I removed because they felt it may have caused this issue but I even know that this would have nothing to do with anything regarding an actual engine issue or a monitor ready status.
-There is no check engine light or any other lights
-Car drives perfectly fine.

I'm honestly looking for some advice,tips, and tricks you guys may know. Maybe a past experience that will help me out or a link from a past discussions ( I looked and didn't see anything lol). Thanks in advance!!

If everything but the o2 sensor stuff is ready, make sure you do a 10-20min drive at 41 to get it set.

Ok I'm going too try that hopefully it works. Btw its nice to know someone else from Long Island is on this forum!

I've been having the same issue too, for about 9mos. I'm not due for emissions any time soon, so I haven't freaked out, but I've tried all of the strategies both on a tune and on stock calibration. Other than a green filter and the aforementioned tune, I'm stock. Stock DP and cat etc.
