No Cat Downpipe and CEL

I am not sure if i am posting this in the correct topic or not but i had a pretty straightfoward question (i hope) ... if i get a downpipe without the cat, i know i am going to throw the CEL all day. My question is, how do i get the car to stop throwing the CEL or should i just get the downpipe with a cat? thanks in advance!

The vibrant is a good one. I made my own which was much more cost effective. I'm installing it today with a catless downpipe and a tune so we will see if it works
